Our transition from single-use plastics to recyclable and compostable packaging is actively underway.

The amount of food produced and discarded per shift is recorded. Waste is measured and reduced weekly through data-driven production quantities.

An opt-in system for single-use plastic cutlery in delivery orders has been implemented. Unwanted packaging is not sent.

Local Supplier Priority

We work with suppliers from Istanbul and surrounding provinces for vegetables, meat and dough products. A shorter logistics chain protects both freshness and the environment.

Water Usage Standards

Procedures that minimize water consumption in kitchen cleaning and production are applied. Staff are also briefed on water conservation during hygiene training.
